If an item is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, contact our phone or WhatsApp promptly with your order number and clear photos. Keep the fabric unused with all pieces and packaging while we review it. We will confirm return instructions, any applicable delivery cost and the replacement or refund arrangement before you send anything back. Refunds are processed manually after verification and recorded against your order. Please contact us before cutting or tailoring if you have any concern.
